This is the privacy notice of Parish Power. In this document, "we", "our", or "us" refer to Parish Power. We are the data controller and we are responsible for your personal data.

It sets out the conditions under which we process any personal data that is collected from you, or that you provide to us through this website when you purchase services/request information or apply for a job. 1. Personal Data we process - our obligation to you

When you create an account on our website, or use our service, you agree to our terms and conditions.

In order to carry out our obligations in accordance with our terms and conditions, we must process the information you have given us. Some of this information may be personal data such as your name, address, date of birth, financial details.

1.1. provide you with our services; and

1.2. provide you with suggestions and advice on products and services and advice on how to use our website in the best way.

If we use it for this purpose, you as an individual will not be personally identifiable.

2. Personal Data we process with your consent

When you browse our website or ask us to provide you with more information about our business, including job opportunities, information on our products and services, you provide your consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. You will be required to opt in and expressly agree to this service.

3. Personal Data we process because of a legal obligation

5. Personal Data provided on the understanding that it will be shared with a third party

Our website allows you to post information with a view to that information being read, copied, downloaded, or used by other people. For example, posting a message on our forum or tagging an image on our website.

In posting personal information, it is up to you to satisfy yourself about the privacy level of every person who might use it. This information is also stored by us for governance purposes. 

Please note that once you post any information on our website, it enters the public domain and we have no control over what any individual third party may do with it. We do not accept any responsibility for the actions of a third party.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
